Petti: A-line with small amount of puffiness. The high waist on the JSK can look a bit odd with heaps of petti coat stuffed under it.
Blouse: white or pink with a small peter pan collar
Legwear: If you're determined to do white x brown, then go with a a nice polka dot printed sheer tight in white
Shoes: Brown or pink
Accessories: Chocolate themed so AP,Swimmer, Q-pot, BTSSB, I.W (on occasion), etsy but make sure they have gold links and not silver as you gotta keep your metals matching
