Attire doesn't attract girls, the person wearing it does. The only thing that your attire does is act as an icebreaker for conversation so that those who are attracted to whoever they are immediately interested in (usually really tall lanky white guys or tall toned asian guys) can also immediately talk about X or Y thing and skip past the awkward introduction. You could be wearing the exact same handmade cosplay of Zhongli with the exact same degree of quality wig, makeup, and accessories and when you go to the con, you'll find that some people at the gathering will think it's cool, but the other guy over there who's taller, fitter, more chiseled, etc. than you will have girls literally squealing about how perfect he nails the cosplay.

If you want to be attractive, work on your physique, work on your cleanliness, work on your conversational skills, and realize in rapid order that trying to get cosplayer pussy ultimately isn't worth it and find someone better(You can even bring that someone better to cons and have them cosplay for you if that's why you want to do it).
