I just have a weakness for prints, even if I know I won't wear them. It's just nice to open my closet to get my normie work wear out and see all these gorgeous prints next to them. Sadly I only wear them when I'm at conventions because there's no one in my town that wears lolita and I can't wear it to work.

tl;dr version for anyone who doesn't get it:

>seagulls on this board are majority women
>they post under the assumption they're talking to other women
>convention rolls around, men invade the threads
>meet-ups are planned, majority is men
>makes gulls uncomfortable because they were expecting fellow salty women that cosplay/lolita/etc
>instead it's foreign board men who don't cosplay, think lolita is ageplay, etc
>bad time held by all
>gulls stop attending meets
>men whine about how meets become sausagefests
>men don't connect the dots

Just speaking for myself but I'd be so uncomfortable if I showed up expecting to see regular /cgl/ posters and instead meet guys wearing unironed costumes and have no knowledge of /cgl/ at all other than "Yeah I post in the AZ board there."

If you don't know who the Glorious Queen PT is then you shouldn't be at a /cgl/ meet, that basic.

Have any of you ever had checked your tracking to have it say "package arrived in country damaged, package was sent for further processing"? I am waiting for a dress and in all my years and over 100 packages, I have never seen this. If you have, how damaged was the package? Was it salvageable?
