I have a dress I got in the mail and it's covered in really gross sweat stains all over the bodice. Like, it's supposed to be offwhite, but it's almost yellow. How do I wash it without risking water getting onto the skirt, which has embroidery that could run?

I saved my babysitting for months and months so I could buy a complete outfit from bodyline and ended up buying one brand piece instead.I don't think I'll ever sell it.
