Need to vent about someone pic related

I've known a group of my cosplay friends since high school and at the time, were super weeby (I was a little weeby myself but I've grown out of it)

As the years pass by most of them have gone out of that phase but one of them specifically, still have shown no growth in anything whatsoever and after having to see/deal with it for so long i feel bad to say its become extremely cringeworthy

I'm still her friend, she's not crazy weeby, and shes really nice, but she over exaggerates a lot of things, and has become an obsessed bandwagon hopper. Her cosplays from back in high school and now have shown no improvement. When we all come together to make a group to cosplay at a con, she puts herself in as one of the characters and we're all set on our roles of making/buying our cosplays.
Day of the con/important day/photoshoot, all she would have is a wig, saying her dad has not bought her cosplay yet (while the rest of us had our money saved and planned in our own way)

>2 weeks before con most of us either have our cosplay done, or close to finishing
>"yeah I'm not gonna this character anymore"
>some/one of us ask what happened if we can help her out (I always offer if I can sew some of her stuff if she pays for fabric)
>"Yeah I'm just not gonna get it done maybe next time"
>after con
>never even mentions said cosplay ever again
>literally starts "hmmmMMMMMMMMM"ing noises at us angerly when she sees our group together in pics
