I'd say it's more 'fine' than 'adorable' as cosplay (of what?) but in no way would I even consider this lolita. Bad normie wannabe lolita is almost always marked by the notion that any dress with a fitted bodice and a full skirt can be accessorized into a kawaii loli outfit desu ^w^ I guess a lot of modern lolita looks tend towards a more 'princess' vibe than in previous eras, but there's still no way, or need, to make that dress work for lolita.

At the very least, put on a pair of red shoes ffs. What is the twisted logic behind those brown heels???
