>"I don't think 'rachet' people going clubbing are what I consider normies. I consider those people to either be just 1) super drunk and behaving differently because of it, or 2) trashy people who act like that all the time and are clearly not what most people think is normal or acceptable behavior."

I think this is a very valid point. My own perceptions of what is "normie" are obviously being skewed by the mere fact of where I live. Many of the people around me are trashy. Maybe where you're from, seeing ratchet gals at clubs, or out in public/ at the gym, is totally abnormal.

>"NYART but I don't feel like chatting lmao."

Pic related. Ahh, the smell of your own farts must be so charming, madame. To get the last word in, without even being a part of the conversation, only to needlessly diss a complete stranger on the internet... I hereby proclaim you an honorary Jersey Girl. You would fit right in here!

That's true, that's exactly what this is. I am not going to lie to your face, through your computer screen. Of course, you can take out the bit about thinking this is all about visually appealing **to men/ to me**; I never suggested anything of the sort. That being said, it is certainly true that any kind of fashion, as a pursuit, is directly tied to visual appeal in some way or another. Whether that's the visual appeal that a type of fashion-style has to the wearer, to others, or some combination of the above, is entirely subjective and varies between humans. A person might also like a fashion-style specifically because it is unappealing to anyone, and that's okay too.

What I want to have answered is "What about this style appeals to you?" My weird sense of humor aside, I am genuinely curious. I've proposed a couple of worthless theories already, but I really want the honest opinion of the gals here. Oshiete, gal-chan.
