Yes! It's frustrating. Being trans doesn't give you a pass for dressing badly, and using it as an excuse makes no sense. "I can't follow basic rules like wearing a petticoat because I'm trans" makes zero sense. Gender doesn't impact the fashion largely if you wear it well; look at Mana sama or other good brolitas like pic related.
