I have a cloak that I'm pinning together with a large brooch. Because I have to open and remove the clasp to take off the cloak, I'm thinking I'll need to reinforce the fabric in some way and it would be nice to mark the spots where I insert the pin.
Would adding small (~1/8") grommets to thread the pin through be a good solution here? Or should I work with something simpler like interfacing behind the fabric?
