I didnt see a stupid question thread so I hope it's ok to ask here.

I'm still kind of new to Lolita, Ive got a decent collection of JSk's and OP's but I need to start getting accessories and other necessities. I know bodyline is much maligned for their dress's- but does any one know if their blouses or petticoats are of ay decent quality?

So I feel very stupid here. Long time cosplayer first time lolita buyer. I kinda cant resist the new holy cross skirt so I'm trying to order it but am hella confused. What exactly is Tenso? Do I have to sign up with them and Angelic Pretty to buy my item? Do I have to wait for the item to come into stock on the San Francisco shop or do I try and order through the Japanese site?

I did not anticipate so much effort in ordering a pretty skirt.
