I usually change materials and then $1/minute of cutting. Cutting the edges of wood/plastic is actually pretty quick its the etching of designs on top that can take a while. A row of 12 seagulls here would probably be ten minutes, fifteen for a deeper cut.I can make an estimate based on what you need. If you need a LOT of pieces made you might want to look into a place like Ponoko which is what I'm pretty sure KumaCrafts uses.
