Well I loosely used this tutorial from RuffleButt, though mine is only 4 organza circle skirts (she did 7). And in between are gathered rectangular skirts of netting, 60" wide. I didn't need the horsehair stabilizers she used.

And it's for a Mega Audino gijinka!
