thanks!! i forget the exact blend i got, but i'm pretty sure it was cotton more than anything. it's for a homura cosplay, so i got a grey that i liked and some purple dye to add a little of that tint. i'll definitely do a swatch test first though.

Is this fabric in icy lavender good for making Homura's white blazer collar and skirt?

Any suggestion on the fabric i should use for Homura's shirt/skirt? i was thinking of 100% cotton.

(Sorry if this is a dull question, this is my first cosplay acually).

So a few things.

Is Homura's color scheme grey and white or purple and white? Or both? I've seen her depicted with either of those colors, but her Soul Gem is clearly purple. So what would look best? Grey + White outfit, or Purple + White? It doesn't help that this picture looks like it's a mixture of both grey and purple.

Also, how would I get the Soul Gem to stay on my hand? Spirit Gum?

Hey guys, I'm doing a Homura cosplay later in the year, and I'm wondering what the general rule about her shoes are? I was thinking on making a hole for the heel in a pair of tights and putting them into them, but I can see that going horribly wrong? Any seagulls have any experience with the costume?
