How does one find their "true" individual style? I like all different kinds of fashion styles, but I don't want to just follow a single fashion style or two, I want to figure out what's "me."
I know the easiest way to figure it out is to just buy and wear what I truly like, but I feel like if I do that I won't look fashionable at all, and I feel like I can't tell the difference between things I like and things I like for me personally, because I can like something but not feel comfortable wearing it. For example, I tried to make a collage of outfits I liked in order to try to figure out my own personal style, but after finishing and looking at it I realized that even though I like so many of the outfits, a lot of them were things I'd never actually wear even though I loved them.
In this kind of fashion, how do you stay true to yourself? I'm at such a loss for this, I've been trying to find my individual style for a few months now and can't seem to find it.
