She's both incredibly slim and has a waist the size of her thighs. You can have a high waist/hip ratio, but having the exact proportions for Ryuko would be unrealistic or extremely rare because you'd have to be very thin, have a high w/h ratio, and have a waist the same circumference as your thighs.

Not even >>7273677 or >>7273462 have perfect Ryuko proportions according to >>7272852 and pic related. Her proportions are impossible.
