Thank you for the compliments everyone ^^. Ive still got alot of adjusting and paint details to go though till this is complete. I'm still working on my Goldion hammer as well. I was hoping to be almost done tonight but I ran out of hot glue :(

This wont be NEARLY as light as I originally hoped. Even though its just foamboard and thin cardboard its going to be pretty unwieldy. The handle should be long enough for me to rest it on the ground if I need to relax my arm a bit though.

Its a generic version of Sintra which is a lightweight PVC thermoplastic. It can be cut sanded and folded easily as well as heated and shaped.
