I don't know if you know this, but chads don't succeed at 100% of their attempts at picking up girls, in or out of cons. Though I'm sure that you know that if you aren't attempting to pick up girls, you WILL succeed 100% at not picking up girls. I'd suggest you lower that number and actually try. Even if your odds are 1% with each girl you pick, statistically, that just means you gotta try 100 times and you're guaranteed some action. And I'm sure you'll get better at reading social cues before you hit 100 lucky ladies. I believe in you.
