Feel you with Princess Tutu, she's one of my dream cosplays too, but I have never danced ballet and I just feel i could never do her justice without knowing ballet.. At least I will make Ahiru one day

For the others;
Palla Palla - My favorite villain from Sailor Moon, but would never make her without a full group of the Amazon quartet
Sakizou artwork - Need to get better at sewing first
Painwheel - Just no idea how to make anything here...
Kirakishou - Will make once I get a bit better at sewing. I'm pretty good but I would like to make this cosplay perfect
