Especially when it's an illness that undeniably looks good (depending on the degree) as well as often falls within the normal boundaries of human health - I used to date a girl who always got shit at modeling gigs because her natural body fat was low enough that people kept thinking she was anorexic. She definitely wasn't. I know quite a few people who've suffered from it, and it's terrible, but you're kidding yourself if you think it doesn't look good, the illness is largely rooted in chasing that aesthetic extreme, even when it gets to the point of sickliness it's still carries a powerful waifishness.

What can you say about gluttons? They're just indulgent pigs. They're an insult to femininity.
