Need some help with picking the pieces for my Billy Joe Cobra Cosplay. The jacket seems like a mysterious classification and I can't find a polo/button shirt like the one he wears.

So, I really want to cosplay Billy Joe Cobra from Dude, That's My Ghost! because all my other ideas are over-done. But some of his outfit is hard to ID. His jacket for one, is it a blazer? A short Trench? Should I make a custom striped shirt? Give me advice please, I've never properly cosplayed.
