I have now sent a message to her and given her until thursday this week to give me the tracking number, or I'll open paypal dispute (unless the dress arrives before that).

Despite having fairly poor nerves, I'm a patient person. I understand if someone is very busy, but it should not take 20+ days to cough up a tracking number even if they're nice otherwise. I don't want be in this situation nor put her in a bad place, but I feel I have no choice at this point since she has ignored my previous messages last week.
