Made a thread at >>10295869 cause my dyslexic ass didn't notice this thread, but how the fuck would I make a gym leader Bede costume? More specifically, where could I get a shirt/shorts like this printed? The only printers I know of are ones who slap images on a plain t-shirt.

Want to make a Gym Leader Bede costume, but I have no idea how the fuck I'd even begin that shirt and shorts. Looks like the kind of thing I'd have to get custom printed, but I don't know of any that do anything beyond slapping images on plain-color shirts. Where would I get this kinda thing printed?
