The fabric looks a bit thin and puckered, especially on the hood and near the thigh slits. The front part of the cape hood would benefit if it looked less like bib; Rose's cape fabric bunches slightly around her neck, laying almost like a scarf. I also think both of the painted logos sit too low on your frame. The sun should be near your chest and the swirls at your natural waist, while right now the sun is on your stomach and the swirls at your hips. Rose's sleeves are also heavily sloped while yours are straight cut. The shoes should be light blue with crossed ribbons/straps rather than black. I also agree with others that the lower eye liner might be too strong for the character. That being said, the leggings look great, the colors are accurate (many choose too dark of an orange), and I'm glad to see your headband's gold.
