I don't know, I think the rachel was worse than meruru. Her state act was really bland and boring, and it's really odd that she'd take part with the same character Umi had previously in the same competition. It's a lot easier to judge that way and her costume, especially compared to Umi's, wasn't that well made.
Meruru as a whole did better, the costume was nice and the act wasn't boring.

That said I'm sure that there will be some better cosplayers at Frostbite and hope that we can have some insanely talented people representing us, and preferably none of the known people that keep getting mentioned in this thread.

Lolita cosplay is dumb.

First of all, what are you cosplaying as? A loli (aka a young looking female)? If so about 90% are doing it wrong.

Im short and flat, and look young. if i didnt hate the fuck out of all of you lolita people i might have done such cosplay, majority of you wear so much make-up you fail to look very young at all and end up looking like pancaked old hags. Goth loli shit is even farther from anything to do with lolita and looks more like grandma funeral attire. Dont get me started on the 30 year olds, Double D lolitas, and Whaleitas.
