I wasn't in lolita, but I was wearing gyaru. Although my friends that came were in lolita and etc. (Similarish to picture.)

I don't know how to politely decline pictures, I suppose. I'm sure I looked like a jerk. when I just wanted to say "no, I am just enjoying my birthday and I don't feel comfortable with you taking my picture." I don't know why I couldn't have just said it?
