What would you call this kind of hat? I want to make/modify something similar, but I can't seem to find a good base with the search terms I've tried.

I know the shade of the flowers isn't right, but in theory, I think a hat similar to pic related would look amazing. Legwear-wise, I'd be tempted to keep things fairly simple and go for lace tights or something with a simple, complimentary design rather than something heavily patterned. Lace ankle socks could be nice as well.

A themed necklace (that sits above the neckline) picking out a motif from the fabric would be a nice touch. A bracelet featuring pearls perhaps?
