Sooo Brasilia and Denmark aside, did anyone see Finland's performance? We had some drama last year at the WCS preliminaries when the twins (the ones representing us now) beat this other pair who came in second. And man they defined the term sore loser. They didn't applaud the pair that came in first, they didn't shake hands with the judges, and one of them wrote a long public rant in her blog about how they went through SO much trouble with their costumes and they were SO much better and the BEST pair in the whole contest.

Their costumes looked like shit, by the way. They didn't deserve even the 2nd place. And the one who wrote the rant was our last year's Eurocosplay representative with the really bad Bayonetta costume.

Holy holy shit, this. Is so true. Most of the people who act like assholes to everyone unless they think you can be of value to them (like being friends with you makes them more popular) are always painfully mediocre or worse. Because they don't have any talent or skill for costume making and they're too lazy to practice or learn any, they just try to cover that up by being uptight, self-centered dicks. Optionally, they're just whoring themselves out like nobody's business and talking shit non-stop.

One girl I know represents both types, she's way too lazy to put effort into her costumes so they're all closet tier or bought off eBay. She's always still demanding "the same respect" for her bought costume some kid over at Cambodia sewed for her because "cosplay isn't about craftmanship, it's about representing the character". No, you lazy fuck, you clicked 2 buttons on a website to get your costume, I slaved over mine for months and poured money on it. also: you had one job and you don't even look like the character

She keeps licking the buttholes of the well-known cosplayers of my area and if you don't want to be her friend instantly or aren't ~mesmerized~ that a self-appointed ~famous aidoru~ is giving you her divine attention, you're a stuck-up bitch. She keeps whining about people who make fun of others' cosplay to gain some sympathy points, but in reality she enjoys tearing other people's cosplay apart and just being a rude fuck to everyone.
