It's your room and you can do what you want, but I find this to be incredibly tacky. It's not organization, it's just creating a cluttered look. Some people pull it off well by having posters and things on the wall too, or by keeping it minimal, but not this. Picture is a good example of putting accessories on the wall.

Also try searching ebay for door caddies.
They have some great hanging ones for bags which only cost a few dollars.
