Would it be weird to have a meetup for doing each other's hair and makeup? Hair and makeup are a big part of looking good in lolita and I've noticed that some girls in my comm (including myself, tbh) seem to struggle with them whereas others always look amazing. Personally I was sort of able to teach myself how2makeup but when it comes to doing my own hair I'm a total mess. I'd love to have someone else do my hair and learn new 'dos but I'm afraid that a meetup like this would end up too much of a one-way street and that neither the girls who could help nor the girls who really need help but aren't aware of it would want to come.
