Need help pertaining to this costume.

Have everything planned out for mask, hat, wings, gloves, trousers etc.
The only problem I have is, I don't know what coat to use as my base. I've seen pictures of really, REALLY good costumes where the coat is exactly like the actual character, but I can't find any in the UK.
I have one potential coat but it's not 100% accurate, which I'll supply in the next post.
