Do not do black on it or on your accessories.
That's a cute enough fabric to be a nice classic skirt but black is going to clash.

You're going to have to match the cream color in it.

It looks like it would make a pretty bustle skirt (pictured) , or something with minimal decorations that allows the print to be the feature.

I wonder if a delicate cluny lace might work with it?
Or a lovely cream sheer ruffle gathered on both ends
