I can't remember if he said the helmet was authentic or if he made it himself from scratch. Probably the later because that's what people mostly do for the GIGN cosplays unless you wanna drop a 200+ on a GSG-9 AM95. There are certain cheaper helmet models you can use as a base and add onto it, I'll see if I can ask him about it.
