The fabric is definitely light, perfect for summer. Full shirring in the back + zipper. No pockets. Jsk straps are removable on the back so you can do a halter. Straps have 2 button holes as well for adjustable sizing. Since it was a present, not sure on how much it costs but it's a good purchase if it's around ~50usd. Mine didn't come with the ribbon around the waist but there's loops around the waist for them.
