Not a dress, but just won my dream bag! Super happy as I've missed out on this bag so many times over the past few years. Didn't pay way more than I wanted to, either.

This damn bag, which I passed up the opportunity to buy 2-3 times a few years ago because 'I'll never use such a tiny novelty bag enough to justify what it goes for!'

I think it blends really well anon. I feel the bag doesn't match too well though, but that's a nitpick it's probably fine. I'd suggest something a little less sweet and a little more classic to match this print. Like this, perchance?

Easymode is to treat it like a jsk that you have to wear with the matching bolero, and pair it with a black high collar blouse, black tights, black boots, and wear the collar thing as a rectangle headdress. You could also go basic old school as fuck with headbow, black knee socks, and black shoes (preferably the chunky platform Demonias - Dolly-01 I think is the style name).
If you wanted something more interesting, I would try to push it in a sweet direction with pink, or pair with gold and go for a more regal look - IW crown bag, mini crown, crown printed socks/tights and shoes.
