I want this too, but I can't make heads nor tales of it. I've done direct orders just fine, but it seems like we won't be able to for this? I hope someone who speaks Chinese can come through and prove me wrong though.

To contact the seller, click on the little blue chat thing. I took a screenshot to show you what I mean. Then, link the item you're missing to them and say they forgot to send it. If you're using google translate, dumb down the sentences like crazy for a better chance of being understood. I had to do this when a seller didn't ship for more than a week. Now, on the consolidate page, click on the same thing and list the item again. Ask them to recheck the package to make sure it wasn't tucked inside the other item or something. You can use simple english here. I hope this is what you meant.
Speaking of which, has anyone who's direct ordered ever had an item that seemed to stop mid shipping on the way to the warehouse? It's been six days in the same city, and I have no clue who I'm supposed to contact to see it on it's way. The biggest hassle of it is that I've run out of free warehouse time, so every day it's delayed it's costing me a lot of money. But if I send out all the items, it'd be a huge waste shipping wise when it did come in! It's super annoying, I have no clue who I need to contact and throw garbled google translate at to fix it. All of the other (16) items made it to the warehouse in just 1-2 days, so I don't understand why this one is taking so long.
