How can I make utsuho's "red eye"?
I've read some gem crafting tutorials from steven universe cosplayers but the results are all too small. My first bizarre thought was buying a transparent breast silicone insert, round it and paint the bottom. Or cut in half a ball of expanded polystyrene and paint it, but it would look sad. I just don't know.
