To the anon in the last thread w/the Portland Black lipstick problem, do you just put it on?
Because if so, either lining and priming before application, or putting down a base layer of just black lip liner should stop the smearing as both'll give a solid base for it to adhere to.

If I remember right, she's legally blind but can see blurry shapes, had a handler who wore coins so she could follow them, and had friends who read Homestuck itself to her.
