Trying to figure out the best way to make Bucky's arm.

I was thinking about
>gluing cut up layers of fun foam on top of an arm shaped piece.
>covering it in decoupaged tissue paper to even it out and round out the indents.
>painting it silver.
>take a sharpie to the indents to define them.
>paint on the star.
and do this in two pieces, top arm bottom arm.

So...? Good plan? (ps. I'm not gonna use worbla, so don't suggest it)
