It's one thing if it was a super original design, but it's not. The AP ad someone posted shows just how dated Bear Bonnets are. So what if they bought the bonnet from her to use as inspiration. It's not her unique item to be the ambassador of anyways (I am not sure about the corset girl since I haven't seen much of anything on her). With the cosplayer's they draft their own patterns for clothing that doesn't have patterns which is why when you buy a cosplayer branded pattern you are using something they constructed themselves, but something like this? Nah.
