Any tips for cute makeup/eyeliner for hooded eyes? My liner wings always look really awkward. No matter how good they look when i'm applying it, as soon as I open my eyes it looks wrong or something.
As well as the fact that you can't see most of the shadow because you can't see much of my lid. Mine aren't as severe as the models however
