This thread reminded me of a nightmare I had where I was attacking a man who was going to attack my family and I. I remember being on top of him in my dream and stabbing him over and over but the man wouldn't die, and sticking the knife in him over and over felt so horribly real. Kinda fucked me up after I woke up, desu.

Apparently its not bad enough for extreme measures, but painful enough to be a pain in the ass and for pain medication not to touch it. I gotta do physical therapy though...

Its just that I've only got one working cosplay (being a new cosplayer), I want to progress and develop as one, but I'd rather not use shit material or do a shit job in general you know?

I'm going to be okay waiting for this because I'd rather do a decent goddamn job. Just sucks hard.

I know those feelings well... I fucking love KH and KH2, but that fandom sometimes...
I'm a little thankful now because it's not like everyone and their mother is doing KH.

For me its Homestuck. I love Homestuck, and some of the fandom is tolerable, but as for batshit, bad cosplayers, weebs, and attention whores theres absolutely no doubt in my mind that there's all those in spades.

I'm kind of waiting for it to be like Kingdom Hearts in my area, where the hype dies down and eventually it becomes more of a "Oh man I remember Homestuck it's great" than a "holy shit why did I choose Homestuck to cosplay 3/4 of this con is Homestuck please stop screaming kids I am so sorry other con-goers I swear I'm not like these guys wait why are you sneering at me I told you I'm not like them"

Despite all this I still cosplay it though. And two of my next planned cosplays are HS so there's no chance of leaving it soon.
