Ever since the new miniature was released, I've been obsessed with Fulgrim the Illuminator from Horus Heresy. There's some 40k cosplay in my area but not a lot of interest in ambitious projects like this. I know I can't pull it off alone and I'd need help with the armour. Ideally I'd like to work with someone who has a challenging project with similar materials so we could save money.
Not that there's any way to do this on the cheap.
