Yes it is. I've been talking to the seller for ages about the dresses and only got my tracking like yesterday (maybe the day before) and this was what I got.

Not impressed, she said up to a certain size but it's actually way bigger than measurements provided.

I'm a 107/106 cm bust, which is roughly 42" inches. These dresses are near 60 cm bust, not 48"as described
