Have you tried making the hoops tighter? On the inside, there is a small opening on each track where the metal goes in, and the ends are connected by a little clear plastic piece. You can pull the ends further through this piece to tighten each hoop individually, and just make sure the pleather scrunches evenly all around.

>fully extend both tracks for cupcake
>add extra boning to the empty middle track for hardcore velveteen and winter dresses, or just more perfect shape with three hoops instead of two
