If you try putting the pigtails as high on the head as pic, it's gonna look like shit as is unless you mess with the wefts. Wigs like that aren't designed to be put up into parted hairstyles. You can manage pigtails lower on the head without trouble, though, like in pic.

It's definitely got purple undertones, but it's very very unsaturated, almost a dark grey. Most people make it way too saturated, which bothers the hell out of me. Such a vibrant colour just looks bad with the outfits. I liked that the girls all have (somewhat) natural hair colours, the purple wigs just throw it off for me.

I added a picture of the closest thing I could find, colour-wise at least. Though if you look at it closely, it's also got the mixed fibers thing going on that >>8050955 described. Good nozomi wigs are apparently hard to come by...
