I think it's the style more than anything. She did a sweet classic coord that was really cute and her makeup looks good. It's the whole pastel vomit thing that doesn't really suit her. I don't really think it suits anyone, honestly.

How old is this girl? She sounds like a high school freshman with all the, "We have to stick together, darlings~!!" And she really, really needs to learn how to brush her hair or get a wig if it's that difficult to tame.

I'm kinda getting the vibe that this girl wants to be another Peachie. Off-brand lolita, kawaii YouTuber, cutesy room atmosphere, trying to be all positive and "drama free". First off, if you want to avoid drama, don't even mention it. Peachie gets posted to BtB like every other week and she doesn't even bring it up, ever. She also has really fucking frizzy hair but uses a wig most of the time and actually wears clothes that fit.
