That's literally what ageplay is, though. Treating someone like a kid because of several reasons, one being because that's how they feel on the inside and they can't handle the stress of adult life. There's obviously something painful going on inside you if you still feel like a child, and that can be reflected through clothing choices the same way bondage gear reflects it.
