I feel the hard part about making a punk lolita coordinate work is leaving out the grungy dirty aspect of punk. If you look at Nana Kitade for example, all of her clothes are high quality. She wears nice shoes, and even if she wears sneakers they arn't dirty and falling apart. Same with her studded belts and jewelry. Even though the patterns, colors and accessories of the outfit have punk elements it still has the high quality and attention to detail that makes a outfit Lolita. When people try wear Punk Lolita today, they are missing that element.
