>am best friends with this girl who has OCD and bipolar disorder

I know this is not okay and we could both get in serious trouble, but I'm in a position that makes getting mental help on my own kind of impossible (ie living in a third world country with religious parents who literally think mental illness is demonic possession, and pretty much no reputable mental health facilities to begin with. friend lived in burgerland as well as the UK, and has been diagnosed and treated there since she was little). I'm just glad I've found something that helps.
