Last year, I was making an order and I needed the items by the end of June. I switched from TBS to TBR. Since it was my first order with them I decided to plan it a bit earlier than usual just in case of anything. I submitted my order in the middle of April and didn't get any email from them for a week. I figured they were swamped with orders since they're a pretty popular SS and it was still early for my order so I gave them a few extra days. After a few days, still nothing and more than half the items in my cart were sold out. Before anything else got the fucking baby shelf, I dug for other listings of the sold out items and submitted the order with Pruany and it arrived literally the day before I needed it.

I eventually did get an email back from TBR. In July.
